Andrea and I are visiting friends in Dallas this weekend. Part of the trip was going to a Dallas stars game, fun stuff!

Andrea and I are eating at BJ’s for the first time. They brew their own beer so I tried the pumpkin ale. Pretty good stuff! Even Andrea liked it which says a lot since she does not drink beer.

Here is what it contains.

Brian was wrong!! Line took a mere 57min

So.. Brian was right. We should have gotten in line to pickup our tickets a long time ago… Here is what we are dealing with.

It’s pretty nice here, windy too!

Woot! There are already people in line and they don’t hand out tickets until 4. Here are some shots of the venue and some dorks:

Got to the hotel, total travel time was 22 hours!

Jason got us into CA about an hour ago. We are all about to fall asleep but success is close!

We made short work of Phoenix. Our current location is roughly 400 miles from our final destination.

We stopped at IN-N-OUT BURGER to eat and Brian is sporting his Spurs shirt in Sun territory. This is not good considering it’s 12:30 am and a group of about 7 thugs is sitting right outside.

I just took the wheel in New Mexico.

We are finally out of Texas and in New Mexico. Brian is still at the wheel.

85 in an 80. Shame on you!

Brian took over the wheel about an hour ago and says he can make it for 6 hours. We will see about that.

That’s where we are… Is that really anywhere at all? It looks like the town’s claim to fame is the local Sonic, which is located in the old McDonalds building.

We are eating at magnolia before hitting the road to Cali!
