I am sure that most people that visit this site have heard about the new movie “V is for Vendetta the funny thing is I knew next to nothing about this film until I went to go see it yesterday.

On the way to the theatre Andrea filled me in on the basic plot which gave me good idea of what to expect, knowing that our taste in movies is similar I figured I was going to enjoy this one. Based in the not so distant future, the film focuses on 2 primary characters played by Natalie Portman and Hugo Weaving who are set on changing their totalitarian government using many different forms of violence. I don’t want to give too much of the film away however I will tell you that it does take a very different approach to terrorism, it portrays it as the key tool that our freedom fighters use to combat the evil government.

If you are looking for a matrix like movie with political overtones I highly suggest that you check this one out, I know I will be adding it to my collection once it’s out on DVD.

It’s been a long time since my last post – Life has been keeping me very busy (in a good way)

I came across a free music album online the other day that I would like to share, it’s more of a parody than anything but it’s damn funny. The name of the group is Futuristic Sex Robotz and they are some damn clever people in my opinion. If you are an internet geek or something similar you are going to LOVE this.

You can download the whole album at the following link:

My favorite song is The Back to the Future one however they are all good in their own way.
